Gluten-free Vegan Brownies
Ingredients
1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Gluten-free Flour
1 cup Unsweetened Cacao or Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup White Sugar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
2/3 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Mix together the milk, oil, and vanilla and then set it aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl mix together flour, salt, baking powder, brown sugar, white sugar, cornstarch, chocolate chips, and cacao or cocoa powder. Stir the liquids into the dry ingredients and pout it into a greased or parchment lined 9x13 pan.
Pre-heat the over to 350 degrees F and bake for 15-20 minutes. The brownies may look a little underdone when they come but refrigerate them and they will start to firm up after a few hours.
